Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of relationship management experience.
• Travel 10-15% is expected.
• Strong knowledge of payments industry.
• Excellent Excel skills including Power Query; CoPilot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Relationship Manager in developing and maintaining Federal agency account relationships.
• Assist with program management across all aspects of the bankcard program, including data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and participate in account reviews and sales presentations for existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal technology and operations partners on technical releases, system upgrades, and platform changes.
• Identify growth opportunities and strategic revenue initiatives by applying knowledge of clients, markets, and regulations.
