Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is recruiting a Facility Space Planner to support the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. The role focuses on facility space management, utilization, and optimization per AFCEC guidelines, coordinating with leadership and Real Property staff to improve mission beddowns and space allocations.

Qualifications

• Citizen of the United States is required.
• Must pass a National Agency Check w/Inquiries (NACI).
• Knowledge of facility space management, utilization, and optimization principles.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative facility data and develop strategic space consolidation.
• Experience navigating real property databases; NexGen IT (TRIRIGA) strongly preferred.
• Ability to apply Air Force criteria and guidance to space requests.
• Ability to conduct facility inspections and document space utilization and conditions.
• Ability to present space optimization COAs to leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain required installation and restricted-area access.

Responsibilities

• Support installation-wide facility space management and optimization activities.
• Evaluate space requests and identify opportunities to utilize existing facilities before new leases.
• Perform space utilization analyses using NexGen IT (TRIRIGA) and other systems.
• Maintain and update facility use data, allocations, and records.
• Apply AFMAN 32-1084 facility requirements when evaluating requests.
• Conduct facility utilization inspections and site audits.
• Support development and maintenance of FSOP.
• Develop space optimization COAs for beddowns and relocations.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, Real Property and tenants on space needs.
• Prepare floor plan markups and analytics for Boards.
• Analyze data and present recommendations for space utilization and allocations.
• Maintain records of personnel moves and space reallocations.
• Coordinate with AFCEC and GIS/GEOBASE on CAWs.
