Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking a Civil Engineer to support the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. The role covers lifecycle support for facilities and infrastructure, including planning, design, construction, and operations for new, renovated, and improved projects.

The candidate will develop calculations, cost estimates, SOWs, and technical documents, review submittals, RFIs, and design packages, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• Minimum of five years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience developing design calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and SOWs.
• Knowledge of civil engineering standards, contracting regulations, health and safety requirements, and environmental laws.
• Ability to conduct facility and site surveys and inspections and apply results to engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil engineering support from planning through construction and completion.
• Develop and review design calculations, cost estimates, schedules, drawings, and SOWs.
• Review submittals, RFIs, design packages, and other technical documentation for government review.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, planners, contracting personnel, and external agencies.
• Utilize CAD, GIS, BIM, and other government-approved tools to analyze facility data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety requirements throughout project development.
