Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Facility Space Planner to optimize base utilization at Schriever Space Force Base. You will analyze space requirements, conduct audits, and maintain the Facility Space Optimization Plan.

The role involves developing courses of action for beddowns and relocations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliant space standards through AFMAN 32-1084 and NexGen IT tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, or a related field, or at least three years of equivalent experience in facility space management.
• Proficiency in NexGen IT and knowledge of AFMAN 32-1084 facility requirements are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility utilization, space allocation, and asset optimization for Schriever Space Force Base.
• Conduct physical audits and maintain the Facility Space Optimization Plan.
• Develop courses of action for mission beddowns and relocations.
