Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking a Facility Space Planner to support the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. The role focuses on facility space planning, utilization, and optimization in accordance with AFCEC guidelines, partnering with leadership, RPAO, tenants, and engineering staff.

Responsibilities include space utilization analyses, data maintenance, COA development, and support for the Installation FSOP.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to pass National Agency Check w/Inquiries (NACI).
• Knowledge of facility space management, utilization, and asset optimization.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support space consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Support installation-wide facility space management, utilization, and optimization.
• Evaluate space requests and identify opportunities to use existing facilities.
• Perform space utilization analyses using NexGen IT (TRIRIGA).
• Maintain facility use data, allocation records, and related space data.
• Develop space optimization COAs supporting beddowns and relocations.
• Coordinate with leadership, Real Property, tenants, and other stakeholders.
