Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project/Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive facility management experience.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory and team leadership experience.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain security clearance.
Valid Washington State Driver’s license by date of hire.

Responsibilities

Direct the maintenance and lifecycle management for ~13 facilities.
Develop and monitor operating and major maintenance budgets.
