Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all site work within the EMCOR scope.

You will manage CMMS-driven workflows, lead safety and performance meetings, and drive reliability and cost improvements while interfacing with the client and field teams. You will oversee maintenance staff and subcontractors, develop action plans, and ensure compliance with standards, audits and corporate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management and Team Leadership.
• OSHA 10 hour and/or 30 Hour card is required.
• Facility Maintenance Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP), RCA certification a plus.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Enterprise Software and CMMS required. Corrigo a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Schedule and Coordinate all work through the CMMS system.
• Facilitate Daily Maintenance Planning (DMP) meetings with the team.
• Organize workload to manage day-to-day activities and supervise teams and subcontractors.
• Build relationships with clients and participate in client meetings to understand priorities and improvements.
• Manage small projects on site and coordinate with corporate project teams.
