Job summary

EMCOR Group in Mobile, AL is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute EMCOR Facilities Services scope at the site. You will track, document, and optimize work in the CMMS, ensuring safety, quality, and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities include leading planning meetings, supervising staff and subcontractors, maintaining audits, and delivering site performance presentations. A Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of facilities leadership are required, with OSHA safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in facilities management and team leadership.
• OSHA 10- or 30-hour card required; professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, SFP are a plus.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office; CMMS experience required; Corrigo a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all work through the CMMS system.
• Facilitate daily maintenance planning (DMP) meetings to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Supervise teammates and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, high-quality work.
• Maintain documentation per customer audit requirements.
• Build client relationships and participate in client meetings to identify priorities.
