Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to monitor client projects and drive on-time delivery. You will oversee site visits, budget and cost reviews, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure drawings and specifications are followed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of construction administration experience; licensure as PE or RA is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum four or more years' construction administration, architecture, engineering or similar experience.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress of construction and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.
• Review contractors' direct cost payment requisitions, budgets, subcontracts, change orders, and lien waivers.
• Prepare Project Status Reports and recommend release of construction funds.
• Review construction drawings and specs for completeness and compliance with best practices.
• Analyze cost budgets with the Cost Advisory group and review supporting documentation.
• Comment on contracts, subcontracts, and design agreements; review permitting and compliance documents.
• Prepare Construction Risk Assessment Reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
