Responsibilities

• Purchase items, services and materials for Facilities Management and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop supplier relationships and sourcing strategies to optimize cost and enable JIT inventory.
• Prepare and manage RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and summarize results for stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement files and ensure compliance with university policies.
