Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related technical field or 2 years' additional experience.
• 5+ years of Facilities/Operations supervisory/management experience.
• Proven leadership and budget management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Grounds & Horticulture oversight.
• Develop and manage overall Operations budget and capital priorities.
• Oversee capital projects and major construction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Curatorial and other departments on preservation and safety.
