Job summary

Restaurant Zone Recruiting seeks a Facilities, Asset & Project Manager for an Alaska-based hospitality group. This strategic leader will own facilities, asset lifecycle, and capital investments across multiple properties, coordinating with executives and vendors to protect assets and optimize costs.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, CMMS implementation, and capital project oversight from scope through closeout, with regular reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in facilities, engineering, construction, property or asset management.
• Experience across multi-property portfolios in hospitality or asset-intensive environments.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of facilities, assets, and infrastructure across properties.
• Develop preventive maintenance standards and an asset registry.
• Manage capital projects from scope to closeout with budgets and schedules.
• Build and implement a CMMS/work-order system and reporting.
• Oversee vendor contracts, bids, and performance; negotiate costs.
• Report to executive leadership with clear facility assessments and actions.
