Job summary

We are seeking a facilities leader to oversee asset management across hospitality properties in Alaska, balancing preventive maintenance with capital planning. You will manage multi-site operations, coordinate budgets, and lead vendor relations while ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires regular travel between locations, strong communication with executives, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive facilities, construction, property, engineering, or asset-management experience; multi-site leadership strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, life safety) and kitchen/production equipment.
  • Experience developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, change orders, and closeout documentation.
  • Strong financial judgment and ability to evaluate lifecycle cost, risk, downtime exposure, and ROI.
  • Ability to organize priorities, respond to emergencies, and communicate clearly with operators and executives.
  • Valid driver license, travel between locations, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead companywide preventive maintenance and work-order systems across facilities.
  • Maintain asset registry for building systems and equipment.
  • Develop annual capital plans and five-year roadmaps.
  • Manage renovations, remodels, and new construction from scope to closeout.
  • Lead vendor, contractor, architect, engineer, landlord, and agency relationships.
