Opti Staffing Group is hiring a Facilities, Asset & Project Manager in Anchorage, AK. The role leads maintenance programs, asset lifecycle, and capital projects across hospitality properties, balancing preventive maintenance with capital planning while managing vendors and schedules.

The ideal candidate has senior-level facility management experience, strong vendor relations, and a track record of on-time project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities, construction, or asset-management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety.
• Experience developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong financial judgment and ROI analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance and asset-management programs across facilities.
• Develop annual capital plans and five-year roadmaps.
• Manage renovations, equipment installations, and new construction.
• Coordinate vendor, contractor, architect, and engineer relationships.
• Provide executive dashboards and risk recommendations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely reporting.
