Pinehurst Resort is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to lead the Country Club F&B purchasing operations and ensure secure and efficient inventory management. You will uphold Avendra program compliance and maintain lean inventory to support the resort's cash flow policy.

Role includes processing invoices, transfers, POs, and requisitions daily in Eatec, while collaborating with the Country Club Chef and Manager to keep purchasing operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Experience in purchasing and inventory control in hospitality.
• Familiarity with Avendra program and food safety policies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with the Avendra program at all times.
• Fill requisitions with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper level of inventory to support business needs and cash flow.
• Conduct period and year-end inventories with focus on accuracy.
• Ensure storeroom and walk-in boxes are secure to protect inventory and investments.
• Process invoices, transfers, purchase orders and requisitions in Eatec daily.
• Communicate with Country Club Chef and Manager about issues or concerns.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely supply of food items.
