Talking Stick Resort seeks a dedicated F&B Purchasing Specialist to support procurement, receiving and inventory for a high-volume casino resort. The role ensures uninterrupted product availability across restaurants, bars, banquets, and events while maintaining quality, compliance, and cost controls.

You will collaborate with Culinary, Warehouse, Finance and Operations teams to optimize purchasing and supplier performance for a 24/7 guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years in food & beverage purchasing, receiving, inventory control or culinary operations.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders and product transfers based on demand, inventory, forecasts, and events.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, shortages, substitutions, credits, and emergencies.
• Verify product specifications, quality standards, and PO requirements; resolve discrepancies with Culinary and Receiving teams.
• Support inventory management, invoice reconciliation, and month-end inventory processes; monitor high-value items.
