Job summary

• Experience in purchasing or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing food, beverage, and related items.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain vendor files and update pricing information regularly.
• Coordinate with culinary leaders on out-of-stock items and low inventories.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with invoice matching and coordinate with the accounting department for payment processing.
