Job summary

Snowbasin Resort seeks a Purchasing & Receiving Manager to coordinate purchasing and receiving for the Food & Beverage department and oversee Haul Cat operations and logistics. You will work with the Executive Chef and F&B leaders to improve efficiency and departmental performance.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage POs, invoices, and safety standards in a dynamic ski resort environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read measurements and manage inventory.
• Experience in purchasing/receiving in F&B operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and receiving for the Food & Beverage department.
• Oversee on-mountain Haul Cat Operations and logistics.
• Manage PO and invoice processes from start to finish.
