Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Video production capabilities, including filming, editing, and post‑production.
• Advanced graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Cloud and independent content creation.
• Demonstrated success creating engaging content across social, digital, and multimedia channels.
• Experience in media relations, storytelling, and executing integrated campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
• Highly organized and collaborative with cross‑functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications strategies that build brand awareness and protect company reputation.
• Develop and execute PR, media relations, and enterprise storytelling initiatives.
• Create engaging content across social, digital, video, and earned media channels.
• Produce video content from concept and storyboarding through filming, editing, and post production.
• Design platform‑specific creative assets including graphics, motion content, and short‑form video.
• Ensure all content and campaigns align with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
• Partner cross‑functionally to deliver integrated communications across owned, earned, and social channels.
• Monitor brand reputation, identify risks, and support crisis communications when needed.
• Analyze content and campaign performance to optimize reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies, media partners, and other communications‑related vendors and projects.
