Reporting into Creative within Marketing, you will collaborate with Social Media, Brand Marketing, Content Strategy, and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life through motion while maintaining high production standards and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio showing motion design, video editing, and storytelling across social/digital channels.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content best practices and trends.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animation, and video content for organic social media and owned channels.
• Develop engaging storytelling to support brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Partner with social media, content, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life through motion.
• Design assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Translate brand messaging and campaign objectives into compelling motion experiences.
• Ensure all assets align with brand standards and platform best practices.
• Contribute ideas aligned with cultural trends and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, videographers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Maintain high production standards while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Stay current on social-first trends and animation techniques.
