Oliver Wyman is seeking a strategic Recruiter to join the Experienced Hire team. The Recruiter will own full‑cycle recruiting for Specialists and Experienced Consultants across the Americas, partnering closely with Practice leadership.

The Recruiter will own searches end‑to‑end—from sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and close—and partner with Practices to hit ambitious hiring goals. While this individual will manage their own searches and clients, they will be open to teaming with

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting (corporate or agency) at mid/senior levels.
• Professional services (consulting/FS) experience is a plus.
• Experience and confidence in negotiating compensation packages.

Responsibilities

• Maximize direct sourcing – Market Mapping, LinkedIn, referrals, alumni networks.
• Partner with Practice leaders, communicate throughout the search, and report to clients.
• Develop job descriptions and manage targets; end-to-end recruitment for assigned practices.
• Manage communications with candidates to ensure a superior candidate experience.
• Maintain records in Workday and CRMs for global reporting; support onboarding.
