Weston & Sampson, an employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm, seeks a Senior Recruiter. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 from home) will partner with hiring managers across disciplines to build diverse pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing techniques, and proven ability to influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights. East Coast adjacency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring technical, professional, and hard-to-find talent.
• Self-starter with high autonomy, accountability, and execution capability.
• Strong expertise leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand business goals and long-term talent needs.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Create targeted recruiting campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, events).
• Facilitate hiring strategy and workforce planning discussions to align goals and expectations.
• Guide managers on interviewing, evaluation, and talent selection best practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in the ATS and recruitment metrics.
• Serve as a Weston & Sampson brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to continuously improve strategies.
