Job summary

Navan seeks a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant – Expense to scale Navan Expense. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations, up to the C-Suite, to delight our clients and exceed goals.

You will help Account Managers expand offerings within strategic accounts, implement the Expense solution, and boost adoption by combining your accounting expertise with our platform and corporate card.

Qualifications

• 1 year accounting/finance background with ERP integrations.
• 2 years in Solutions Consultant/Implementation/Professional Services within a fintech company with large strategic customers.
• Strategic thinker who can prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Navan expense and payments solution.
• Apply accounting/finance knowledge and Navan Expense Management expertise to implement the solution and drive benefits.
• Utilise project management skills to ensure successful client launches.
• Train Account Management on value proposition and product capabilities to drive usage and revenue.
• Represent the voice of expense customers and collaborate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams to guide development.
