Job summary

Navan in the United States is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Expense to scale Navan Expense and shape the product's adoption in the enterprise market. You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations to delight clients and exceed goals.

The ideal candidate has 4 years accounting/finance experience, 3 years as a Solutions Consultant or similar, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to visit

Qualifications

• 4 years accounting/finance background with ERP integrations experience.
• 3 years as a Solutions Consultant/Implementation Manager/Professional Services in a fintech with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Navan Expense value proposition and its internal workings.
• Apply accounting/finance knowledge to implement the Navan Expense solution and demonstrate its benefits to clients.
• Support Account Managers as a subject matter expert to resolve policy efficiencies and accounting/ERP integration queries.
• Train and up-level the Account Management org on Navan Expense to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as the voice of expense customers and collaborate with product/finance/operations/implementation to guide product development.
