Job summary

Navan is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant - Expense to scale Navan Expense and collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations up to the C-Suite. You will be a key driver in expanding Expense offerings within mid-market accounts and ensuring effective implementation and adoption across客户 organizations.

Qualifications

• 1 year accounting/finance background with ERP integrations.
• 2 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant in a fintech company with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Navan expense and payments solution.
• Apply accounting/ finance knowledge and Navan Expense Management expertise to implement the solution and realize benefits.
• Apply project management skills to ensure successful client launches on schedule.
• Train the Account Management organization on Navan Expense to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as the voice of expense customers and collaborate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams to drive product development.
