Job summary

Navan is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Expense to scale the Navan Expense platform for mid- to large-sized clients in the United States. The role partners with Sales, Product, Finance and Support to delight customers and exceed targets.

You will help Account Managers expand Navan Expense adoption, drive implementation and ensure successful deployments with a strong accounting/finance background and ERP integration experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year accounting/finance background with ERP integrations.
• 2 years as Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant in a fintech with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Navan Expense value proposition and platform capabilities.
• Implement the Expense solution for clients and demonstrate benefits.
• Apply project management to ensure client success in a timely manner.
• Train and uplift Account Management on Navan Expense capabilities to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as the voice of customers and coordinate with product, finance, operations and implementation teams.
