Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior leaders in FP&A in fast-paced environments.
• Headcount/workforce planning and bottoms-up forecasting experience.
• Strong communication across business functions and leadership levels.
• Comfortable making data-driven recommendations amidst ambiguity.
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Mastery of Excel for financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly expense forecasting, annual planning, and long-range financial projections for assigned business units.
• Develop and maintain key financial metrics and reports to track performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Provide analytical support to business partners, helping to uncover areas of opportunity and influence strategic direction.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and forecasting capabilities, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and analyses, adding value through financial expertise.
