Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Executive Talent Intelligence Sourcer to build executive pipelines and insights. This contract role partners with Executive Recruiters and business leaders to map markets, identify senior talent, and create proactive communities.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and talent intelligence tools to engage top candidates and support leadership hiring initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in executive sourcing, executive search, or talent intelligence.
• Experience supporting executive-level searches in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies for senior leadership roles.
• Build proactive executive pipelines and talent communities.
• Conduct market mapping, organizational research, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop talent intelligence insights and succession considerations.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach using multiple channels.
• Support leadership hiring initiatives and talent projects.
