Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the full life-cycle recruitment across the organization. This strategic role requires partnering with senior leaders to plan, develop, execute and monitor staffing strategies that align with the hospital’s objectives and growth.

You will manage a team of ten recruiters, oversee Workday recruitment, vendor contracts, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
• Proven ability to recruit top talent and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition team and drive recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to plan staffing.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract management.
• Develop and execute DEI recruitment initiatives.
• Report performance and trends to executive team.
• Manage Workday recruitment module and TA budget.
