Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of senior leadership recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive hiring leaders to understand strategic goals and leadership needs.
• Design and execute market intelligence and talent-mapping strategies.
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify executive recruiting leads.
• Provide trusted talent consultation to multiple business units.
