Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs full life cycle recruiting for salaried and mid-level management roles within manufacturing plants.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand role needs and business requirements.
• Provides market information to support role positioning and stakeholder expectations.
• Sources candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other databases.
• Delivers a positive candidate experience at every stage and coordinates timely interviews.
• Manages candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system.
• Continuously evaluates recruitment processes and suggests improvements.
