Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Executive Business Partner to directly support 1-2 SVPs within our Global Defense team and collaborate with the Chief of Staff. You will manage complex calendars, travel, and cross-functional scheduling to enable strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in high-tech or government-facing roles, strong communication, and a track record of operating in senior‑level offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of EA experience in high-tech or government-facing environments.
• Ability to anticipate needs and think ahead two steps.
• Experience managing internal/external correspondence and requests.
• Proven ability to coordinate and book domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive assistant support to multiple SVP-level Executives and coordinate calendars, meetings, events, and travel.
• Serve as the scheduling liaison for internal and external stakeholders and monitor progress on strategic projects.
• Proactively identify conflicts, prioritize tasks, and streamline critical objectives.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, prepare materials, and optimize logistics for productivity.
• Assist with special projects, research, and data compilation; manage confidential communications.
