Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics seeks an Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer to drive organizational effectiveness and enable HR leadership to operate at their best. This role acts as the organizational glue, coordinating priorities and ensuring seamless execution in a fast-paced biotech environment.

You’ll manage confidential information, plan executive-level meetings and large-scale events, and partner with leaders across the company to support culture and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude and Copilot).
• Proven experience planning and executing onsite and offsite events.
• Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for the CHRO, routing inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Serve as a trusted liaison for communications, approvals, and follow-up actions.
• Manage the CHRO's calendar, prioritizing activities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Lead planning and execution of company events and employee experiences.
• Support culture programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
