Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Program Manager to join the Preclinical and Early Development Alliance & Program Management capability. The role reports to the Senior Vice President and focuses on building integrated project plans and running governance for partnered programs.

You will map dependencies across R&D, Translational Sciences, DMPK, CMC, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Biostats, while forecasting resources and leading meetings to drive clear decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO.
• Ability to translate technical input into realistic timelines and dependencies.
• Strong meeting facilitation skills to drive cross-functional decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership.
• Ability to build relationships and operate without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans with timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Estimate work duration with functional leads and map program-level dependencies.
• Coordinate across multiple functions to align plans with the program.
• Flag scope, timing, or resourcing changes and advise next steps.
• Facilitate governance meetings and maintain a clear decision log.
• Run day-to-day governance rhythms and subteams with partner project managers.
• Provide meeting materials and maintain a shared repository.
• Draft and circulate minutes, tying actions to owners and due dates.
• Track risks and issues and develop contingency plans with leaders.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for program reviews.
• Maintain rosters, onboarding, and track milestones for collaboration.
• Support program-level resourcing and forecasting with Finance.
• Help define and improve PM tools, templates, and processes.
