Responsibilities

• Provide strategic partnership to the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations and his leadership team.
• Manage highly sensitive information and act as a trusted partner within the Office of the CEO.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable processes and repeatable playbooks.
• Liaise across teams and external partners to align priorities and drive goals.
• Manage complex international calendars, travel, briefs, and scheduling conflicts.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to resolve bottlenecks in operations.
• Drive team programs with executives and define project scope and progress.
• Plan team events, off-sites, and summits.
• Serve as gatekeeper for executives and maintain meeting notes and plans.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports timely.
• Draft presentations, reports, and meeting deliverables.
• Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with high-profile clients.
• Collaborate across teams to support company-wide projects and culture.
