Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Chief Business Officer and VP, Business Development.
• Strategically manage complex calendars and resolve conflicts.
• Act as an operational proxy for executives to optimize time and delegation.
• Drive process improvements across the organization and share best practices.
• Plan and execute team events, including off-sites and recognition programs.
• Maintain team communications, notes, plans and group tasks.
• Manage confidential organizational changes and information flow across sensitive movements.
• Communicate with high-profile external partners and clients.
• Collaborate with peers to support company-wide projects and goals.
• Oversee travel planning, expense reports and day-to-day administrative requests.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to hiring, onboarding, and retention.
