Job summary

Roblox Corporation is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Creator Ecosystem Officer and Senior Director. The role focuses on strategic calendar management, executive proxy duties, and driving process improvements across a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization in San Mateo.

You will collaborate with peers, manage confidential information with discretion, and help plan team events, travel, and day-to-day admin tasks while contributing to hiring and onboarding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 8+ years in a direct executive support role with complex calendars.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent judgment and high attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Chief Creator Ecosystem Officer and Senior Director.
• Strategically manage complex calendars and protect focus time.
• Act as trusted operational proxy and anticipate executives' needs.
• Drive process improvements across the org and share best practices.
• Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and recognition programs.
• Maintain team communications, notes, plans, goals, and tasks.
• Manage confidential org changes, information flow, timing and discretion.
• Engage with high-profile external partners and clients.
• Manage approvals across expenses, POs, headcount and contracts.
• Collaborate across teams to support company-wide projects.
• Handle day-to-day admin tasks including travel planning.
• Elevate the supported teams and contribute to hiring and retention.
• Work a full-time, hybrid schedule at the San Mateo office.
