Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years supporting executives or senior leaders; military/government experience preferred.
• Experience supporting senior executives or government leadership teams; DOD exposure preferred.
• Citizenship and ability to obtain DOD clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive priorities and follow-through on key actions.
• Manage executive calendars, communications, and taskings.
• Draft and review executive-level briefings and memos.
• Attend meetings and capture accurate minutes and decisions.
• Prepare status reports and decision-support materials.
• Provide strategic communications support and data insights.
• Develop documentation to support continuity of operations.
