Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to partner with the Chief Marketing Officer. This role preserves context, anticipates needs, coordinates across teams and reduces friction, enabling the CMO to focus on strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a forward-looking view of the CMO’s priorities and initiatives.
• Strategically manage the CMO’s calendar, meetings and travel logistics.
• Prepare the CMO for key meetings by gathering context and options.
• Attend select meetings to gather information and ensure follow-through.
• Monitor correspondence and route requests with timely attention.
• Track decisions, commitments and actions through completion.
• Condense information into concise, decision-ready updates with recommended next steps.
• Manage routine approvals and admin tasks within delegated authority.
