Job summary

Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a Graphic Design Director to lead the graphic design department, oversee print and digital marketing, and ensure brand standards across six offices and Mountain Sotheby's International Realty.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will mentor designers, manage projects, train onboarding, and collaborate with advisors to deliver high‑impact materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience with leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, branding and marketing work.
• Experience providing feedback on peers' work.
• Willingness to travel between office locations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the graphic design department, oversee workloads and quality control.
• Travel regularly to all six offices.
• Review and approve designer billing and PTO requests.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Train and onboard new designers on brand standards and workflows.
• Lead design transitions with advisors and support onboarding.
• Oversee templates for print and digital marketing and maintain brand standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across company and advisor marketing.
• Create company and office marketing materials and campaigns.
• Support onboarding communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
