Job summary

Lockton is seeking an exceptionally organized, analytical, and entrepreneurial professional to join its growing National Executive Benefits Practice. This role supports large voluntary Benefit Restoration clients and helps shape the practice's future, focusing on improving communication and engagement with highly compensated executives.

You will manage enrollments, develop executive communications, and deliver high-quality client materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in voluntary benefits or executive benefits with enrollment expertise.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate and engage executives.
• Highly organized with a track record of handling large client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support and service a book of large voluntary Benefit Restoration clients with annual reviews and ongoing requests.
• Lead new large-case enrollments from strategy through completion with enrollment design and communications.
• Develop and evolve the practice’s voluntary Benefit Restoration offering and scalable processes.
• Develop executive education approaches and high-touch outreach channels.
• Produce executive-level presentations and client-facing deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple engagements with clear ownership and strong follow-through.
