Your Responsibilities

Lockton is seeking an exceptionally organized, analytical, curious, and entrepreneurial professional to join its growing National Executive Benefits Practice. This individual will play a key role in supporting large voluntary Benefit Restoration clients while helping shape and expand the future of our voluntary practice.

A major focus of the role will be improving how we communicate with, educate, and engage highly compensated executives - moving beyond traditional email campaigns to create more thoughtful, high-touch experiences that increase understanding and participation. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys building and improving processes, is comfortable managing a significant amount of information at once, and demonstrates exceptional follow-through. This person will be an excellent listener and writer, demonstrate sound judgment and common sense, and be willing to dig into unfamiliar or complex issues while consistently following work through to completion.

Key responsibilities would include:
  • Support and service an existing book of large voluntary Benefit Restoration clients, including annual reviews, recurring outreach, participant and policy requests, and ongoing client needs.
  • Lead new large-case voluntary enrollments from strategy through completion, including partnering with client leadership on enrollment strategy, developing communications, facilitating enrollment, answering eligible executive questions, and managing the process through closeout.
  • Help develop and evolve the practice’s voluntary Benefit Restoration offering, including product strategy, enrollment design, executive communications, ongoing engagement, and scalable processes for current and future clients.
  • Develop and test new approaches to executive education and engagement, including higher-touch communication strategies and new outreach channels designed to improve understanding, participation, and the overall executive experience.
  • Produce high-quality executive-level presentations, enrollment materials, communications, analyses, recommendations, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements and enrollment initiatives with clear ownership, organization, accuracy, and strong follow-through.
  • Partner effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to solve problems and deliver an exceptional executive experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale how we serve voluntary clients, execute enrollments, and engage executives.
Qualifications
The strongest candidate would:
  • Bring experience in voluntary benefits, executive benefits, enrollment, benefits communications, or a closely related field, with large-case voluntary enrollment experience strongly preferred.
  • Be entrepreneurial and energized by the opportunity to build, test, and improve a growing practice.
  • Be a creative communicator who thinks differently about how to educate and engage busy executives.
  • Be exceptionally organized and dependable, with high follow-through, the ability to manage substantial volume, create structure, and consistently close loops without repeated reminders.
  • Be highly curious, analytical, and technically capable, with sound judgment and a willingness to dig into complex or unfamiliar issues.
  • Be an excellent listener and writer who asks thoughtful questions, applies feedback, and communicates complex concepts clearly.
  • Be comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, technology, automation, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrate high Fact Finder and high to very high Follow Thru instincts - naturally digging into details, creating structure, managing complex information, and consistently tracking responsibilities through completion.
  • Life & Health Insurance License is required
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
