Job summary

Western Digital is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) in Irvine, CA. The role requires managing an intensive global calendar, coordinating leadership meetings, and driving executive effectiveness with discretion and strategic insight.

You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Corporate Functions, enabling execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years supporting a Chief Sales Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, or equivalent executive in a large public company.
• Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the CSMO, aligning executive time with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize a complex global calendar across regions and time zones.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive communications.
• Lead travel planning, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
• Prepare briefing materials, meeting summaries, and board-related documents.
