The role blends calendar mastery, travel logistics, and proactive project coordination, acting as a trusted partner who anticipates needs and protects executives’ time. Hybrid Denver or NYC remote with evolving arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced settings.
• Strong calendar, travel, and meeting coordination skills.
• High discretion and superb communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for two senior executives, balancing priorities and travel.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for leadership meetings.
• Capture decisions and action items, ensuring follow-through and deadlines.
• Draft and coordinate executive correspondence with appropriate tone and audience.
