You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate operations, prepare leadership materials, and support board-related activities. The role requires discretion and excellence in communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in corporate settings.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the CFO.
• Prepare materials for leadership and board-related meetings.
• Support communications and executive operations across the Finance department.
• Assist with onboarding, town halls, and team engagement initiatives.
• Manage expense reporting, document control, and confidential files.
