Job summary

Boyer Children's Clinic in Seattle seeks an experienced, highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO for a full-time role.

As a strategic partner to the CEO, you will provide high-level executive, administrative, and operational support, coordinating communications, calendars, travel, and board interactions while advancing the organization's mission to help children with developmental delays and their families.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar supporting C-suite leaders.
• Experience supporting a Board of Directors and senior leadership teams.
• Nonprofit governance familiarity and board operations.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support the CEO, managing calendar, travel, and communications.
• Coordinate board meetings, agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Maintain governance records and policies with precision.
• Support governance committees and executive leadership initiatives.
• Oversee organizational operations and cross-functional project coordination.
