The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, providing high-level executive, administrative, and operational support. In this highly visible role, you will help the CEO and Board of Directors stay organized, informed, and focused on Boyer's most important priorities.
The Executive Assistant will also serve as a trusted liaison among the CEO, Board members, senior leadership, staff, community partners, donors, and other external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and move complex work forward with accuracy and discretion.

This position works in a typical office environment and requires regular use of a computer and the ability to sit or stand for portions of the workday. The role also includes regular travel between Boyer clinics, appointments, and other local locations.
