Job summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level, proactive support to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Kohler. This role supports IT and Global Shared Services, partnering with the CDO to enable enterprise priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Based onsite in Kohler, WI (four days per week), you will manage calendars, travel, communications, and materials, mentor other admins, and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information in line with Kohler values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in an executive administrative role.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, fast-paced organization.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic administrative partner to the CDO, managing a highly complex calendar, travel, and meeting schedule across global time zones and priorities.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve conflicts to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Lead and mentor other Digital and GSS administrative assistants toward process improvements.
