Hudson Pacific Properties seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the EVP, General Counsel, and Chief People Officer. You will manage calendars, arrange travel, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.

The role requires 5–10 years of executive support, superb communication, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask across projects and meetings. This is a demanding, visible position in a fast-paced real estate firm.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years working as an executive assistant to high-level executives.
  • Excellent computer literacy with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Polished professional demeanor and exemplary communication skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a busy master calendar with internal and external executives and assistants.
  • Organize meetings and events, arrange venues, catering, and notes with follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support on projects, reports, and travel arrangements.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and process in the system.
  • Screen and respond promptly to telephone, email, and written communications.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries and documents.
