Job summary

Local Public TV is seeking an Executive Assistant to act as the operational backbone for the CEO and executive team. The role balances business operations with high-level support, managing calendars across time zones and coordinating communications for a fully remote team.

Responsibilities include briefing and presentation prep, board and stakeholder liaison, and support across Sales, Partner Success, Finance, and HR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing business operations and/or providing high-level support within a structured organization (remote experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with CRM databases (e.g.: Hubspot), and asynchronous collaborative tools (Slack, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support and coordinate across the CEO and senior leadership, including calendar management and stakeholder communications.
• Support business operations and digital administration for a fully remote team, including reporting and cross‑team coordination.
